Processing Time  

- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment verification (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).  

- Custom or made-to-order items may require 3-4 weeks for processing, which will be noted during order confirmation.  


Free Shipping  

- Free standard shipping applies to all U.S. orders over USD 199 (automatically applied at checkout, no code needed).  


Shipping Methods & Costs 

- For orders under USD 199, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected method.  

- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days (U.S.)  

- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (U.S.)  

- Rates and delivery times for international orders vary by location.  


Shipping Destinations

- We ship to addresses in the United States and select international destinations.  

- Some items may have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or regulations (noted on the product page).  

- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery.  


Order Tracking  

- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.  

- Track your package on our website or the carrier’s site using the provided link.  


Delivery Delays

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.  

- During peak holiday seasons, shipping may take longer. We recommend ordering early for timely delivery.  


Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders  

- If your order is lost or delayed, contact us within 30 days of shipment, and we’ll assist with tracking or resolution.  

- For damaged or incorrect items, email photos within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund, subject to availability.  


Shipping Restrictions

- Certain items may have restrictions based on size, weight, or destination regulations (noted on product pages).  

- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for select shipping methods.
