Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment verification (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items may take 3-4 weeks (or longer if specified)—we'll confirm timelines during order placement or via email.


Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over USD 299 (automatically applied at checkout—no code needed).
  • For orders under USD 299, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method.


Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 7-14 business days (often faster via USPS Priority or similar).
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1-3 business days (via FedEx or equivalent for faster, insured delivery).
  • International shipping available to select countries (rates and times vary—calculated at checkout).
  • All shipments use secure, trackable carriers suitable for high-value jewelry (with insurance where applicable).
  • Delivery estimates are approximate and start from the shipment date.


Shipping Destinations & Responsibilities

  • We ship to most addresses in the United States (including Hawaii/Alaska) and select international locations.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain methods; APO/FPO may have restrictions.
  • Some items have restrictions due to size, weight, value, or destination regulations (noted on product pages).
  • International customers (including Canada): You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and compliance with local import laws. These are not included in our shipping rates and are payable upon delivery. We are not liable for customs delays, seizures, or additional charges.


Order Tracking

  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
  • Track progress directly on our website (via order status) or the carrier's site using the provided link.


Delivery Delays & Peak Seasons

  • Times are estimates only—delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, customs (international), or high volume.
  • During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), allow extra time—we recommend ordering early.
  • For Ontario/Canadian customers: Under the Consumer Protection Act, if delivery exceeds a reasonable time (or 30 days from agreement if no date specified), contact us for resolution or potential cancellation/refund rights.


Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

  • Lost or significantly delayed: Contact us within 30 days of expected delivery—we'll investigate with the carrier and assist (e.g., claim filing).
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We'll arrange inspection, replacement, repair, or refund (at our discretion, subject to availability). Return shipping for verified issues covered by us.
  • High-value claims may require signed delivery or additional verification.
