Limited Warranty

Pallotta’s Commitment to Quality 

At Pallotta, we stand behind the exceptional craftsmanship of our jewelry. This limited warranty ensures your confidence in our products, offering coverage for defects under normal use while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Warranty Coverage 

- Pallotta warrants all jewelry against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase.  

- If a covered defect is identified, we will repair the item at no cost to you, provided the claim is valid and submitted within the warranty period.  

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not include:  

- Normal wear and tear, aging, or fading (e.g., rhodium plating on white gold requiring periodic re-plating).  

- Loss of diamond brilliance due to buildup from lotions, soaps, powders, or skin oils.  

- Damage from accidents, misuse, mishandling, or exposure to chemicals, fire, earthquakes, or other external factors.  

- Repairs, services, or alterations performed by anyone other than Pallotta Jewellers.  

- Additional costs such as shipping, customs duties, or taxes related to warranty claims.  

Engagement Ring Repairs  

- If an engagement ring is repaired under warranty, the remaining warranty period applies post-repair. No extension is provided.  

Warranty Claim Process  

- Submit warranty claims at a Pallotta Studio within the 1-year warranty period.  

- Inspections and defect determinations are conducted by The Diamond Wholesale Studio.  

- Repairs are performed exclusively at designated Pallotta studio locations.  

Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty is void if:  

- Product identification (e.g., serial numbers) is altered or removed.  

- Care guidelines provided at purchase are not followed.  

- Warranty procedures are not adhered to.  

- The original warranty certificate is missing, altered, or incomplete.  

Limitations of Liability 

- This warranty is limited to the repair of covered defects. Pallotta Jewellers and its affiliates are not liable for damages beyond repair, with maximum liability capped at the original purchase price of the product.  

- All other warranties, conditions, or obligations, express or implied, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.  

Non-Transferable  

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be modified or extended by any Pallotta employee or representative.
