5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• Prices may change without notice. We may cancel/refuse orders for errors, unavailability, fraud, etc., with notification and refund.
• Payment in full at purchase via accepted methods. You pay all taxes, duties, and fees.
• All orders are subject to our acceptance.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Performance

• We ship using reliable carriers; estimated times provided at checkout (typically X business days; subject to change).
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery (or carrier handover). Title passes on full payment.
• For international/cross-border orders (including from Canada to the US or vice versa), you are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and compliance with import laws. We are not liable for delays or seizures at customs.
• If delivery is delayed beyond a reasonable time, contact us for resolution.
• For Ontario consumers: Under the Consumer Protection Act, if delivery does not occur within 30 days after the agreed date (or within 30 days of the agreement if no date specified), you may cancel the order and receive a full refund (unless you agree in writing to a later date). We aim to ship within 30 business days as indicated at checkout.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

• Website and products "as is" without warranties (express/implied), including merchantability or fitness. We disclaim accuracy/completeness.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• For Ontario/Canadian consumers: Governed by Ontario laws (without conflict principles); exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
• For Florida/U.S. consumers: Governed by Florida laws; exclusive jurisdiction of Florida courts (Miami-Dade County).
• Attempt an informal resolution first. Disputes under $50 may go to small claims.
• Class actions waived where permitted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use = acceptance. Check the effective date.

12. Miscellaneous

• Severability: Invalid provisions don't affect others.
• No waiver of rights.
• Entire agreement.
• Force majeure: Not liable for delays beyond control (e.g., strikes, disasters).
