Diamond Upgrade Program

At Pallotta, we’re committed to helping you celebrate life’s milestones with exceptional natural diamonds. Our Diamond Upgrade Program allows you to exchange your eligible natural diamond for a credit toward a new one, ensuring your jewelry evolves with you. This program applies exclusively to natural diamonds—not lab-created stones.  

How It Works 

- Any loose natural diamond purchased from Pallotta is eligible for a one-time upgrade.  

- The original purchase price of your diamond will be credited toward a new natural diamond valued at **1.5x or more** than the original price.  

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for an upgrade, your natural diamond must:  

- Be accompanied by its original certification (GIA).  

- Be in resale condition, free from damage, chips, or alterations.  

Exclusions  

The following are not eligible for the upgrade program:  

- Lab-created diamonds.  

- Colored gemstones, including colored natural diamonds.  

- Diamond settings or finished jewelry pieces (e.g., engagement rings, earrings).  

Additional Details

- Upgrade Credit: Credit is based on the original purchase price of your diamond, excluding any duties or taxes paid.  

- Taxes and Duties: Applicable duties and taxes will be charged on the full retail price of the new diamond before applying for your credit.  

- Setting Compatibility: If the upgraded diamond cannot be set in your original engagement ring setting, you may exchange the setting for a precious metal credit (based on current market prices for gold or platinum).  

- Sustainable Recycling: We responsibly recycle gold or platinum from exchanged settings, offering you a credit based on current metal values.
